I’m Regina.
I’m a Chinese-Indonesian immigrant who arrived in the U.S. at age three with my family, two suitcases, a deep sense of purpose, and a desire to create a life beyond survival.
I earned my Doctorate in Pharmacy at UCSF, built a successful 20-year career in healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and led diverse, high-performing teams in corporate America.
But after losing my mother and being laid off, I followed a deeper calling—to help others find their way back to themselves.
Today, I’m an intuitive business strategist, teacher, writer/author, speaker, and retreat host. I guide professionals and solopreneurs—especially women navigating career or business transitions—to clarify their next steps, quiet the inner critic, and build a life aligned with purpose and prosperity.
My approach blends practical business acumen with metaphysical insight, helping clients tap into their own inner wisdom as a powerful and often overlooked resource.
I live and work from San Francisco, Southern California, and the French countryside with my husband Matthieu, a cinematographer, and our beloved rescue dog, Fredo.
