Manage Fear-Based Leaders

Are you working in a corporate environment where your leaders dictate what you should and shouldn’t be doing because they are coming from a place of fear? I’ve personally experienced working with leaders who make fear-based decisions leading their teams down a miserable path of stressful demands that is not serving the company in the best way. Now I’m working as a consultant helping and supporting teams and individuals working for pharmaceutical companies. They, too, are experiencing the joys of working with fear-based leaders.
